Global P2P (Peer to Peer) Live Learning Network. Our mission is to build and enhance tools that enable students of all ages to discover courses that fit their budget, schedule, language, learning goals.
Understand queries from prospects, engage them and understand their needs
Research, build and maintain relationships with prospects.
Provide answers to queries about classes, their availability, pricing of classes, recommend the right courses, community activities, etc based on their needs.
Engage, followup, converse over social media platforms with prospects.
Keep an updated student database via using a software tool that is used in the organization and follow up with participants using the same tool.
Open to work in late night or early morning shift to support international customers.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to think independently and innovatively
Fast learner and quick thinker
Good command in English
Knowledge of Google Suite and any CRM software (Ex: Zoho CRM)
Ability to negotiate and understand prospects needs, engagement, and sales skills
Passionate about helping customers and building long term relationships
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
Ability to learn any new software tool that is adopted by the organization to accomplish tasks and communicate with others
