We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant/Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud instance to enhance sales processes and drive business growth. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.

• Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements• Implement and optimize sales processes, workflows, an automation• Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce Sales Cloud• Perform data migrations and updates as needed• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators• Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for sales teams• Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard sensitive data

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant/Administrator• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud certifications are highly desirable• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and capabilities• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
