Vice President of Retail Sales

Position Overview:The Vice President of Retail will lead McCue's sales efforts in the USA retail market. This role requires a strategic visionary who can develop and execute a plan for strong, profitable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will build and inspire a high-performing team to elevate McCue into a major competitive force within the retail market. Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, the VP of Retail will drive the achievement of financial and strategic goals while fostering a culture of customer-driven entrepreneurial growth.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic plan for high-growth sales results, aligning with company goals. - Cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring McCue is a valued partner in their competitive efforts. - Lead, coach, and support the sales team to meet and exceed targets. - Implement a dynamic prospecting system to continually develop new customer relationships. - Conduct monthly business reviews to monitor performance and provide coaching and support as needed. - Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators. - Act as a leader within the company, fostering collaboration and communication across teams. - Ensure customer-facing teams operate effectively, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications: - 10+ years of sales experience, including leadership roles. - Industry knowledge and experience in retail or related sectors. - Strong leadership and sales skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate. - Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets. - Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills. - Agile, responsive, and proactive approach to delivering innovative solutions. - Ability to lead negotiations and work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit. - Willingness to travel 40%-50% as needed. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
