Job Description Summary
The Executive Director of Clery Act Compliance reports to the Vice President of Equity Compliance. The Executive Director serves as the principal University official responsible for managing and monitoring the University’s compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act). An essential function of this position is to ensure that the University executive administration is aware of and fully supports compliance with applicable and associated federal regulations and that executives reflect that support for compliance within their divisions. **
