Responsibilities**

We are seeking a diligent, detail-driven professional to join our Treasury System team. You will be responsible for:

  • Manage Treasury System production support for global cash management and cash transactions related to debt, derivatives, FX, and FI trading activities
  • Ensure integrity and control of critical static data. Ensure changes to system are supportable, fully tested, and sustainable
  • Develop direction for future Treasury Management System strategy, support new business activity/acquisitions, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor daily activity and troubleshoot production disruptions. Work closely with global treasury teams in resolving system related issues
  • Evaluate new banking products and services that enable efficiency and enhance controls for treasury operations
  • Ensure robust business continuity plans and perform regular testing
  • Lead special banking projects helping creating efficiencies in cash management and other treasury operations areas
  • Support process improvement projects including automation using robotics (RPA) and other automation / analytics tools used in Ford
  • Provide backup support for other treasury operations roles

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree. Banking or Treasury experience is desirable
  • Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and passion for data analytics and automation
  • Good organization skills with ability to multi-task, work under tight timelines, and prioritize work
  • Ability to maintain data integrity / accuracy and drive requestors for compliance
