Description

Partner with Senior Budget Analyst to perform analysis and related financial duties for portfolio of projects
Project budget, forecast spend, system management
Streamline projects in internal system and SAP
Perform analysis and reporting within Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.
Manage budgets for multiple projects (up to $30M in spend)
Communicate consistently to manage information from other teams, depts., PM's, etc.
Interact with key stakeholders and PMs to assist in supplying key information and analysis
Accounting:
- Accruals
- Cross charges
- Reclassifying journal entries
- Account reconciliation
- Create purchase orders
- Month-end close
Finance:
- Forecasting
- Budgeting
- Reporting

Qualifications/Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Similar Field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
1+ Years of Accounting and/or Finance Experience (or relavent internship)
Experience working with large project budgets (PLUS)
Experience with Large ERP systems (preferably SAP - PLUS)
Someone who is extremely proactive and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and confidence to give push back
Drive and motivation to get things done when others won't

Details/Additional Information

This position will be fully remote but aligned to the Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone.
The hours for this positions will be ~8:30AM-5:30PM EST but flexible (standard 40 hr work week, Monday-Friday) with OT as needed.
