Description

  • Partner with Senior Budget Analyst to perform analysis and related financial duties for portfolio of projects
  • Project budget, forecast spend, system management
  • Streamline projects in internal system and SAP
  • Perform analysis and reporting within Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.
  • Manage budgets for multiple projects (up to $30M in spend)
  • Communicate consistently to manage information from other teams, depts., PM's, etc.
  • Interact with key stakeholders and PMs to assist in supplying key information and analysis
  • Accounting:
    • Accruals
    • Cross charges
    • Reclassifying journal entries
    • Account reconciliation
    • Create purchase orders
    • Month-end close
  • Finance:
    • Forecasting
    • Budgeting
    • Reporting

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Similar Field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • 1+ Years of Accounting and/or Finance Experience (or relavent internship)
  • Experience working with large project budgets (PLUS)
  • Experience with Large ERP systems (preferably SAP - PLUS)
  • Someone who is extremely proactive and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to give push back
  • Drive and motivation to get things done when others won't

Details/Additional Information

  • This position will be fully remote but aligned to the Eastern Standard Time (EST) timezone.
  • The hours for this positions will be ~8:30AM-5:30PM EST but flexible (standard 40 hr work week, Monday-Friday) with OT as needed.
