What You'll Do**

As a Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our expansion in the Brazilian market by identifying and recruiting top-tier talent. Your primary focus will be on leveraging sales hiring and a competitive mindset to source, engage, and secure high-caliber professionals who can contribute to our aggressive growth targets in Brazil. **

Responsibilities**

Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline for our Brazilian operations.

Apply sales-oriented methodologies in candidate engagement, emphasizing the unique opportunities and growth potential at our company.

Conduct market analysis to understand the talent landscape in Brazil, identifying key areas for talent acquisition and competitive positioning.

Utilize various sourcing channels, including professional networks, social media, and referrals, to attract high-quality candidates.

Perform in-depth interviews and evaluations, applying rigorous criteria to ensure candidate fit and potential for contribution to business growth.

Negotiate and close offers, ensuring a high conversion rate from candidate engagement to hire. **

Requirements**

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with specific expertise in Sales positions.

Proven track record of successful recruitment in a sales-driven, fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of the Brazilian labor market and talent trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Fluency in Portuguese and English. **

Bonus Points**

Experience in recruiting for tech or high-growth companies.

Knowledge of additional recruitment tools and platforms like Lever.

Advanced certification in talent acquisition or human resources. **
