React and C# Developer

This is a remote position.

-        Follows company’s values, vision, and mission.

-        Reports weekly employee measurables/ KPI

-        Follows and complete tasks assigned in Asana or other project management tools.

-        Maintains constant communication with the team daily

-        Proficient in React, C# and JavaScript

-        Familiarity with React's component-based approach and application state management.

-        Basic knowledge of backend development.

-        Ability to develop, design, code, and debug high traffic web applications

-        Strong knowledge of classic ASP and ASP.Net

-        Self-motivated to maintain a clean and extremely organized code-base

-        Ability to build attractive, systematic, and intuitive user interfaces

-        Document technical and functional specifications

-        Ability to learn new skills, frameworks, and programming languages.

-        Write clean, well-documented code

-        Maintain and optimize existing sites

-        Facilitate site documentation and maintenance

-        Testing and debugging issues

-        Managing project timelines and tasks

-        Updating technical documents

-        Other duties as required

Requirements

Qualifications:

-        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

-        5+ years of Software Engineering or programming experience.

-        Experience leading projects from start to finish.

-        Experience leading a team.

-        Excellent verbal and written communication in English

-        Adapt to changing priorities, troubleshoot, take initiative.
