Job description

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a go-getter to join our team and help generate warm leads that turn into qualified appointments. The individual will use calling and texting techniques to get in touch with 50 warm leads with an average of 30 conversations per day.


This is NOT a sales focused position. Instead, the outbound caller will follow a script, record the customers responses, and determine next steps with the goal of setting appointments.


Key Qualifications: 

This is not a sales role but you do need to be able to follow a script to qualify and answer FAQ. 


  • 2 Years of Phone Experience ( You do not need sales experience) 
    • Experience over the phone  For Example:  Customer Service, Phone Surveys, Collections, appointment setting, Travel Agency, Airline Reservations and more…. (Can not be account Management or relationship Building)
  • Has experience phone time 5-7 hours per day for two years 
  • Phone Conversations with up to  30 different contacts per day.
  • At least 1 years with Business to Consumer over the phone 
    • (If coming from SAAS average ticket Appointment setting Average ticket can not be more than $10K Total Product Cost)
  • Experience with consistent follow up with all contact Grind, follow up, up and in touch, schedule appointments.  Use of pipeline management, Note taking
  • Aggressive follow up, not afraid to call the same person back Multiple times per day. But does not come across aggressive.
  • Demonstrated ability to be coachable take and implement feedback in timely manner
  • Must be an EXTROVERT enjoys talking to people on the phone.  Talks  with confidence and competence  on the phone. 


Measurable Accountabilities:
  • Handle 50 new leads per day while following up with the pipeline of leads
  • Up to 30 Conversations per day
  • Setting 45 appointments per week
  • Lead to Conversations  38%
  • Show Rate 36%
  • Dollar Per Lead  $150
  • Phone Available time ( Talk time + Time in Que) 6 hours per day

Experience you need / Key Technical Skills:

  • CRM - Some experience with Contact management software ( Hubspot, sales force ect)  Phone System
  • Phone System- Experience with VOIP phone system ( Voice over  IP or Soft phone)
  • Phone Skills: demonstrate a track record of calling over the phone. Answering questions with Confidence and putting callers at ease
  • Ability to follow the Script
  • Ability to Grind having the same conversation with multiple people in the same script day after day with consistency.

West Jordan Utah ( less than 5 minutes from I-15)  Redwood road and 9000 South

One day work from home. No travel Required
