Overview:

The SAP ABAP role is crucial to our organization as it involves customizing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions to improve business processes. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize SAP applications using ABAP programming language
Experience in RAP.
Integrate SAP systems with other applications and databases
Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform debugging and troubleshooting of SAP applications and reports
Create and modify SAP reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SAP programs
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP solutions and processes
Document technical specifications and user guides
Provide training and knowledge transfer to the team and end-users
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and advancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development
Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language and SAP development tools
Experience in SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and HR
Proficiency in SAP integration techniques and technologies
Ability to perform debugging and performance optimization in SAP programs
Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts
Experience in customizing and enhancing standard SAP functionalities
Understanding of SAP data dictionary and database concepts
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Certification in SAP ABAP development is a plus
Experience in SAP S/4HANA development is an advantage
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
