Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and self-motivated full -Time Online Social Media marketer  to join our virtual team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand's objectives and engage our target audience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a full -time social media strategy tailored to our brand's voice and goals.
- Manage and curate content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand identity.
- Create engaging and visually appealing posts, graphics, videos, and other content formats to capture audience attention and encourage interaction.
- Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms, considering optimal posting times and audience behaviors.
- Monitor social media trends, discussions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay current with industry developments.
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to comments, messages, and inquiries, maintaining a positive and engaging online presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for optimizing content strategies.
- Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, features, and best practices, and propose creative ideas for experimentation.
- Manage part-time social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Support the development and execution of online promotions, contests, and partnerships.
- Keep track of the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
- Assist in developing social media guidelines and best practices for the organization.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company values across all social media platforms.

- Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media marketer, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-oriented environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive copy.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience with graphic design, photography, or video editing is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability to changing trends and willingness to experiment with new approaches.
- Positive attitude, team player, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles is beneficial.
- A portfolio or examples of successful social media campaigns and content is highly desirable.
