What you will be doing:
The Mission of this Role is to…….. Work with the General Contractor To determine scope and cost for the rehab to be done on the property. Oversee the Work completed to the correct quality in the budget and timeframe outlined reviewing draws and Lien Release. To get the house done on time and on budget. This starts with a virtual tour of the property identifying the required scope of work along with the Borrower and their General Contractor. Validate and approved General contractors competencies. Helping assist borrowers to find new General Contractors or subcontractors as needed. Virtual Review of work done and approval for Construction Draw. For any Properties we take back (REO) you would do all the above and give updates to the financial Investor.
