Job Description

We are looking for an experienced business analyst to partner with the functional project team to gather requirements and contribute to the implementation of our enterprise (Digital Asset Management) DAM solution based on Adobe Experience Manager Assets for Publicis Groupe brands and clients. 

Should have demonstrable experience of large-scale DAM solutions in complex organization with multiple stakeholder groups and should be experienced working in creative agency environments.  

Will be required to work directly with customers and end users to develop requirements, implementation strategy and contribute to the overall solution design.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Understand client business processes and employee needs and working with the customers to understand and document requirements. 
  • Assisting in development of project charter, project plans and enablement training of the client  
  • Lead clients in their efforts to take advantage of the AEM Assets functional capabilities and in their efforts to improve their content supply chain. 
  • Creating, developing, and improving documentation such as process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities, workshop agendas, presentations, gap analysis reports. 
  • Develop and maintain design workbooks, process documentation and Agile stories. 
  • Prioritise multiple enhancements, projects and initiatives. 
  • Determine and define business needs and requirements to develop and continue the growth of a multi-tenant AEM environment. 
  • Supports the enhancement process of AEM team working closely with developer resources. 
  • Work directly with end users to resolve escalated issues/defects within AEM during UAT/Hypercare.  

Qualifications
  • 3 – 5 years of DAM experience with progressively higher levels of responsibility. 
  • Minimum of 5 years delivering in Agile/scrum, certifications preferable  
  • Project-based experience, preferable in cloud technology. 
  • Experience with DAM or any content management platform is essential.  
  • Omni-channel digital marketing process experience preferred. 
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Studio and Production business preferred. 
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred. 
  • Experience using Jira or other standard project tracking tool. 
  • Ability to work across all functional departments. 
  • Ability to adapt to several different team structures/types of work as this role may be assigned by project. 
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in conjunction with work-flow steps and internal processes. 
  • Strong communication, organization, communication and follow-up skills. 
  • Initiative & personal responsibility for work. 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask. 
  • Accountability and flexibility with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Positive, team-player attitude.
