Job description

This is a remote position.

· Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as processing, recording, and collecting invoices for agency bill policies and related changes.

· Prompt communication with customers to ensure timely collection of balances due.

· Handle customer inquiries regarding payments and billing. Contacting clients to discuss their accounts.

· Coordination with sales agents, finance companies and other departments.

· Verification of policies, broker invoices, finance company reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.

· Payment summaries to customers.

· Generating and reviewing reports for internal use and making necessary updates.

· Other ad-hoc tasks and projects within the accounting department.

Requirements

⦁ University Degree in Accounting or related field

⦁ English fluency is a must (written and verbal)

⦁ Accounting or related experience minimum 1-2 years

⦁ Excellent communication, persuasion, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills

⦁ Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

⦁ High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability

⦁ Ability to build relationships with clients, brokers, and internal departments. Teamwork.

⦁ Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel & Word) and PC skills
