Job description

  • Overall, 12-15 years of enterprise level application design and architecture experience
    • 6-8 years of experience as ServiceNow developer and implementation specialist
    • 3 years (Minimum) of experience in CSM module of ServiceNow
    • 2 years (Minimum) of experience in performance analytics module
    • 4 (Minimum) years of experience in building & maintaining REST APIs
  • Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented
  • Ability to develop high level design documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support and operational needs of a solution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead assignments/teams and mentor others.
  • Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple campaigns at the same time
