Manufacturing Technology Consultant

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Production engineer or industrial engineer with experience in the implementation and maintenance of MES systems (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and the management of the general efficiency of the equipment (Overall Equipment Effectiveness - OEE).

Experience with floor control monitoring systems, as well as technical knowledge for the extraction of information to obtain performance indicators.

Have strong analytical skills and be able to design and generate detailed performance dashboards and reports to display production data clearly and concisely.

Requirements

·      Create and design dashboards for the operations teams in ONIBEX and the customers.

·      Experience in systems like SIEMENS, AVEVA, or similar.

·      Experience in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

·      Knowledge and understanding of Communication Protocols with PLCs, OPC, STEP7, MQTT, and others.

·      Generate systems integration graphics.

·      Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
