Event Marketing Intern

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for an Event Marketing Intern to join our creative games industry oriented talent attraction agency.

The Events Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting our events and marketing activities. The role will also support the marketing team by providing assistance with events management, execution, communication and design. The internship offers exciting hands-on experience and the opportunity to gain new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring proactive planning, communication and scheduling of our recruitment and employer branding  events (online and onsite)
  

• Work with Marketing Team to plan and execute all marketing activities necessary to ensure successful events
  

• Assist in content creation - maintaining and updating content on the website 
  

• Assist in setting up and organizing the onsite and online event platform
  

• On occasion lead generation for event participation
  
  

Requirements

• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment and still meet deadlines
  

• Knowledge of FIGMA, Adobe Photoshop, video and photo editing software
  

• Familiar with integrating / using third party streaming applications such as Zoom, Stream yard, etc
  

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English
  

• Dynamic self-starter who takes initiative, highly reliable and proactive problem solver
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

Good To Have

• Knowledge and basic understanding of the gaming industry
  

• Working knowledge of Social Media Platforms
  

• Good knowledge of design
