Job Overview**

  • Manage large, complex Digital software engagements in the Insurance domain space across various Lines of Business (P&C and L&A,H)
  • Align the Majesco platform vision and overall roadmap with the technical requirements of the client to provide best solution
  • Identify and enforce overall architectural principles, framework and standards.
  • Enforce and guide a Solution Review process to ensure all solutions are thoroughly vetted
  • Design and maintain detailed technical architecture documentation across a multi-system e-commerce environment
  • Develop technical implementation plans and timelines with key engineering stakeholders and enterprise standards
  • Design and maintain System specification documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external.
  • Work closely with all parties involved in implementation or cloud migration programs to effectively identify, coordinate, and manage all tasks.
  • Review customer business processes and goals, identify improvements and advise/ participate in the discussion of business requirements.
  • Provide guidance to customers on how to best leverage Majesco Digital 1st platform to meet customer-defined business goals and objectives.
  • Work with Majesco product management/development to share design concepts and further develop our core product features.
  • Preference given to candidates that have 5+ years of experience leading and managing enterprise software implementation teams (or team tracks) within a corporate IT or consulting environment.
  • Deep industry knowledge of the Insurance industry with primary focus on quot to insspolicy and/or underwriting.
  • This position is ideally based in our Morristown, New Jersey office and may require up to 50% travel to client sites based on the need.

Key Role And Responsibilities

  • Have hands on experience implementing minimum 2 – 3 projects/customer
  • Hands on Experience in Object Modelling , Data structure
  • Ability to lead, direct and challenge teams in process, methods and approach.
  • Ability to multitask and successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to decompose larger problems in simpler, manageable and executable units
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, JSON
  • Experience with Progressive Web App and other emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of Responsive web design, Digital Accessibility
  • REST, SOAP, Batch, SFTP, API Gateways
  • Familiarity of authentication and security practices and protocols SAML, OAuth, Basic Auth
  • Insurance domain experience ++
  • Customer-facing experience ++
  • Experience with event driven architecture and Micro-services architecture
  • Exposure to Digital platform and/or NO/LOW CODE PaaS like Salesforce, Mendix, Outsystems

All About You

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience with at least 7-10 years of experience on technology implementations; preferably leading overall solution design.
  • Experience working on enterprise Digital implementations leveraging agile and understanding of agile tools and concepts.
  • Consulting & Leadership Skills - Ability to adapt to various work settings and serve in an advisory/leadership role.
  • Experience with software implementation project(s) in requirement gathering, functional specifications, QA, user acceptance testing, or training.
  • Understanding of a project life cycle methodology.
  • Experience in applying change management concepts on a software implementation project.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to determine the best solution for a complex problem.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate Problem Solving & Decision-Making skills.

What Majesco Offers:

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $163,000.
