Job Purpose Summary**

As a Commercial Operations Associate within the Ophthalmology business unit, you will be a key player in implementing operational strategies to drive revenue growth and manage distributor relationships worldwide. The Associate will focus on operational execution, supporting various initiatives from product launches to international sales enablement, with a commitment to operational excellence and efficiency. **

What You Will Do**

• Lead initiatives to maximize revenue by collaborating with customer service and supply chain to prioritize orders and simplify order fulfillment process.
• Support product launches, particularly owning the required updates of our ERP system (Infor), to ensure successful market entry.
• Manage GPO activations and handle administrative fees on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Lead global enablement activities that improve pipeline visibility, order fulfillment, and tender competitiveness.
• Own the updates for our digital ordering app to support global tradeshows.

• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to execute tasks independently and efficiently.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions such as product management, marketing, customer service, and sales.
• Strong emphasis on operational implementation rather than conceptual strategy.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of leading projects from start to finish.
• Effective communication skills, adept at influencing and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable interacting across all levels of management, including senior leadership.

Required Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of operations, sales, or marketing experience
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Infor, preferred.
• Familiarity with tender management and distributors preferred.
