As a business systems analyst on the Human Resource SuccessFactors Learning team, you’ll support our learning management system (LMS). You’ll provide ongoing tier two support for the learning systems utilized by Progressive employees and external contractors. This includes configuration, installation, troubleshooting, analysis, and maintenance of all learning systems such as the Learning Management System (LMS), system integrations, learning portals, and SharePoint. In addition, you’ll support various human resource systems, year-end performance, and compensation system initiatives as needed. **

This is a remote position.**

Must-have Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Learning
  • Prior functional support/administrative experience with SuccessFactors Performance, Compensation or Workday
  • Experience writing functional requirements and system test plans
  • Proven ability troubleshooting technical issues through leveraging SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge communities and other available resources, conduct objective analysis, and make recommendations based on that analysis
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and decision making skills

Compensation

  • $77,100 - $102,800/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
