Associate Product Imagery Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Product Imagery Manager to join our dynamic Merchandising team. As the Associate Product Imagery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the workflow, processes, and execution of product and lifestyle photography to produce high-quality imagery that supports marketing campaigns, accurately represents our product, and enhances the online shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will need to have strong organization and communication skills, be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with the Creative, Product Data Management, and Marketing teams to execute the product strategy and ensure all product imagery is accurately displayed and delivered on time.

• Manage the merchandising portion of the product photography process, from sample management & logistics, reviewing and approving product imagery to ensuring products are launched on time.
• Partner with Creative and Product Data Management to streamline photography workflow to optimize process and increase efficiencies
• Partner with the Merchandising Category Managers, Marketing and Creative teams to plan timely sample requests for campaign shoots and product photography
• Establish relationships with drop-ship vendor partners and work closely with them on drop-ship product sample and image requests
• Manage in-house sample request process, working closely with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Track sample status and regularly provide updates to Creative, Merchandising Operations, and Product Data Management teams
• Collaborate with Product Data Management on image related product data needs to support photography and re-touching teams
• Attend weekly meetings to review photography and retouching progress as well as address any issues or roadblocks.
• QA PDP Imagery for new products to ensure they follow the photography guidelines
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Follow and adhere to the Master Planning Process (MPP) calendar to ensure all photography deliverables are met

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, photography, or relevant experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce and/or Merchandising
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with a thorough understanding of composition and visual storytelling.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and build positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and initiative and can excel in a fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment
• Balance urgent and effective action, commitment to excellence, and take initiative to resolve problems and work quality
• Ability to work with limited resources and willingness to be involved in many aspects of a growing company
• Genuine interest/passion in the promotional products industry

The range of the base salary for this role is $70k- $85k, plus bonus potential, accompanied by a competitive benefits package.
