Job Description :

We are looking for people who are self-motivated, responsive individuals who are passionate about Software Engineering. As a Five9 developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Five9 based contact center solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of Five9 with our existing systems, optimizing performance and implementing new features to enhance the overall customer experience. **

Core responsibilities** :

  • Collaborate with development and product management teams to understand the software requirements and specifications.
  • Software Development: Designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software solutions related to virtualization and security.
  • Developing software that integrates with Microsoft Hyper-V to enhance virtualization management and security features.
  • Designing and implementing security features and protocols to ensure the safety of virtualized environments.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identifying and fixing bugs, as well as troubleshooting issues related to the company's software products.
  • Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for the software, APIs, and other relevant components.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to bring innovation to the development process.
  • Assisting in resolving customer issues related to software products, and providing technical support when necessary.
  • Following agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, to ensure efficient and iterative development processes

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years experience in IT, preferably in Contact Center development projects
  • 3+ years experience in Five9 in preferable
  • 3+ years experience in REST API integration is a MUST
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Python languages
  • Able to understand contact flows, IVR for Five9
  • General knowledge on contact flows and IVR
  • Experience with Google Apigee gateway service
  • Knowledge with AWS to 5nine migration will be advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of and experience with the software development lifecycle, including: requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

PREFERRED SKILLS :

  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices for deploying and managing APIs
  • Experience on AWS Connect or AWS (Terraform)
  • Experience in any cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, other
