Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Sales Admin Specialist to join our team. This position will be remote, and fluency in both English and French is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales documents, contracts, and reports in both English and French.
  • Communicate with customers and clients in both languages to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts and updating customer information accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Manage and update sales databases and CRM systems to ensure accuracy of records.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with and international environment.
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and French is essential.
  • Proven experience in sales administration or customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both languages, written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a virtual team.
