Position Overview
At Health Advocate, we are committed to providing our customers with expertise and services that improve the health, well-being and productivity of their employees. We are seeking Health Screeners at our onsite screening and education events for our clients. A standard health screening consists of blood pressure, bodyfat/BMI, waist circumference, cholesterol/glucose, and health education. The appropriate candidate will have experience in Microsoft office tools, have great organizational skills and be able to manage their time effectively to complete a variety of tasks.


Responsibilities Include:
• Educating members regarding Cholesterol/Glucose testing
• Educating members regarding manual blood pressures
• Educating members regarding for height, weight, bodyfat/BMI and waist measurements


Desired skills, requirements and interests:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related health field.
• Knowledge of cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose, and bodyfat/BMI measurements
• Two years experience in health education or medical field
• Experience in coaching for behavior change (not required)
• Cholesterol/Glucose testing experience – CardioChek experience preferred
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
• Embrace and believe in a healthy lifestyle
• Ability to work in a team based environment required.
