We are looking for an Environments Manager to be accountable for the general management and day-to-day running of our development environments.

You will be accountable for the Environment incident process, the ownership of issues through to resolution with a focus on route cause analysis. You will also act as a point of contact for the logging and escalation of issues discovered within the development environments. You will also provide reporting to key stakeholders on a regular basis with an emphasis on themes/common occurrences. **

Your Responsibilities

  • Controlling and monitoring the deployment of software within the environments to add a level of stability to the environments under test.
  • Ownership and evolution of the environment incident process
  • When environmental issues are raised, Investigate the incidents with a focus on root cause analysis
  • When environmental issues are raised, Manage the escalation of issues through to resolution
  • Data management (restoration, anonymization)
  • The Regular reporting to key stakeholders (Number of incidents, uptime, common issues)
  • Application Configuration management
  • Third Party management (SAP, HANNA)

Your Experience

Does this sound like you?

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Prior experience of working with dynamic data would be advantageous
  • Prior Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
