Job Purpose Summary**

The Contracts & Pricing Manager will oversee Corza Ophthalmology’s strategic pricing and contracting excellence efforts. This role will work with sales & marketing colleagues to develop and implement pricing & contract initiatives that improve customer experience, aid the penetration of new markets, and increase revenue.

This person must be customer-centric, a self-starter with proven ability to execute and work independently. She/he must work effectively cross-functionally, leading collaborative efforts with product management, marketing, customer service, and sales. This role includes all aspects of pricing and contract management including market analysis and trends monitoring, customer segmentation and tailored pricing strategies, data analysis and reporting, communication, and ERP implementation.

The Contracts & Pricing Manager is also responsible for adhering to and promoting the company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team leader and supports the continued growth of the company. **

What You Will Do**

  • Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive pricing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Proactively anticipate and analyze market trends to adjust and refine pricing strategies, ensuring they remain competitive and effective.
  • Lead strategic pricing initiatives and projects, overseeing their execution and measuring their impact on company performance.
  • Implement our pricing strategy – at a price book, price code, and customer level.
  • Guide international sales team on tender pricing, ensuring competitiveness without sacrificing sustainable margins.
  • Manage the full life cycle of global sales contracts. Proactively engage the sales team when a contract is nearing the end of its term.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • 7+ years of pricing & contract implementation in the Medical Device field required
  • Experience with Infor ERP systems preferred
  • Global experience highly preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Infor, preferred.
  • Familiarity with tender management and distributors preferred.
  • Ability to create a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented work environment that supports cross-functional team effectiveness.
  • Proficient in pricing strategies that can be applied at a global audience.
  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage projects independently from start to finish and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management, including senior leadership.
