Their Brokerage Operations are expanding quickly to meet the ever-increasing demands.
Their team is looking for a real estate sales professional to join the action-oriented, results-driven, and customer-focused team. The Inside Sales Associate will assist in servicing their growing client base. They are responsible for following up with incoming customer inquiries to learn about their real estate needs and connect them with an appropriate sales agent to ensure they get the best possible level of service.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to
Manage customer inquiries virtually by text or email and by phone
Responsible for converting customers into prospective clients
Gather necessary information to qualify prospects
Introduce their services to prospective customers and connect them to internal real estate agents.
Handle a high volume of calls daily
Create engaging conversations with prospects to maximize referral sales
Enter and update customer information in the CRM software
Follow up with all leads after connecting them with a in-house Real Estate agent
Keep up to date with real estate market information
Meet monthly targets
Provide weekly activity reports
Experience and Skills we're looking for
Experience in Ontario real estate markets
A licensed Ontario realtor in good standing with RECO and with access to the MLS
Previous hands-on experience using a CRM
Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals as an individual contributor
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience handling customers verbally over the phone calls or virtually by text and email.
Ability to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs which result in converted leads and appointments
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
Must be proactive with a keen sense of urgency
A strong interest in technology is a plus!
