Systems Administrator (IBM i) with EDI experience

Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and maintain software running on the IBM i platform.
• Confers with customers and colleagues to analyze operational procedures and process flow, identify issues, problems, and milestones; and develop requirements.
• Ability to document detailed descriptions of user needs and steps required to develop or modify code.
• Maintain current expertise in technologies and trends.
• Prepare and present information to colleagues and management with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Continuous personal and professional development
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Program Management and/or Sr. IBM i Systems Programmer/Analyst, Database Administrator

Education & Experience Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as Administration System with IBM i
• 4 years of experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) with IBM i
• Experience with CLEO Extol & Cleo Harmony
• Required Languages: IBM i platform, Languages: RPG, CL, ILE, and OPM
• Required Database: DB2 for I, via SQL and RLA
