Job description

We have a position open for an IT Contract & Asset Manager position to join our team in Frankfort, KY. This position is a remote position with quarterly on-site meetings.

The chosen candidate must have knowledge/experience in the following:

  • Information Technology (IT) technical knowledge of methodologies, concepts, processes, and functions (Windows clients/servers, M365 environment, networking, cyber security, financial software)
  • Administration skills (e.g., document creation, renewals, obtaining quotes, obtaining approvals) related to IT agreements such as contracts, Request for Proposal (RFP), and Purchase Orders
  • IT agreement technical writing skills, including the ability to obtain and comprehend technical requirements and transfer those requirements to an IT agreement
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Basic project management skills
  • Participates in project management as a project team member
  • Ability to work with other business units within KHC as well as external solution partners
