To begin your program, you are assigned to a team based on your interests, background, and our business needs. A member of management within your area will be your mentor. These assignments are structured to develop your skills and help to build your understanding of your home organization and the product creation process. Your development will be further supported by a variety of technical, professional training, and networking opportunities within software engineering. **

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelors, Masters or PhD in one of the following fields:

  • Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science/Engineering or similar degree
  • Computer Science w/Data Science Emphasis
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Engineering Management
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Systems Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Candidates must graduate and be available for full-time work prior to September 2024
