Based in Miami, Florida, SMX serves private, public and institutional clients, including some Fortune 500 companies, in more than 10 countries from regional offices in Houston, San Juan, Bogotá, and Caracas.
Project: Migrating SAP ERP HR custom programs to S/4HANA.
All applicants must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Minimum skills and knowledge required for the role :
S/4HANA migration,
SAP ERP Human Capital Management Knowledge
Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
Alongside the minimum skills and knowledge required for the role, we wish to : SAP BTP Knowledge Experience : 5 Plus years
Provide guidance to the business on appropriate use of the SAP system through multiple go-lives and releases
Guide team members with best practice process and data management
Coordinate projects and reviews enhancements/changes to global template and blueprint using Agile methodologies and Scrum tools.
Assist in identifying recommendations for enhancements and changes that may involve custom design, optional, and third-party products to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system
