Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Operations Data Analyst to join our team. This is a crucial role in providing actionable insights on sales activities, improving and managing sales processes and data entry, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities will include understanding Salesforce and supporting processes, data mining using multiple tools like Zoominfo and Salesforce, importing and exporting data, generating data reports, segmenting data, and managing data assignments. You will collaborate closely with the business development, sales, and marketing teams. . Our ideal candidate is highly data-driven, intellectually curious, and a fast learner. Responsibilities:**

  • Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data
  • Evaluate and organize data and provide support to the marketing and sales departments
  • Maintain accurate prospect and client data throughout CRM
  • Integrate, analyze, and evaluate based on predetermined metrics
  • Provide ad hoc analyses to sales and marketing teams regarding sales progress and syndicated data updates
  • Integrate multiple data sources to address complex business questions and to develop data driven actionable recommendations for the business
  • Assist in territory and quota administration, report and dashboard management, basic troubleshooting, and other tasks required
  • Leverage technology to remove bottlenecks and increase efficiency
  • Cleanse the sourced data to detect and correct inaccurate records
  • Map all accounts and contacts based on the defined target criteria
  • Import and migrate data of all accounts and contacts of mapped accounts sourced from Zoominfo/Salesforce/LinkedIn Sales Navigator into Outreach
  • Segment, report, and assign accounts and contacts to all sales and business development representatives based on defined territories or assigned accounts
  • Assist in building new demand-gen campaigns and sequences in Outreach
  • Ability to segment contact prospect lead reports by personas and titles

Technical Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
  • 5+ years of in-depth expertise with Microsoft Excel and Access
  • 3+ years of experience in working on Zoominfo or other database platforms
  • Experience with Outreach platform is preferred
  • Advance proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and complex custom reports, including Vlookup and using pivot tables
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerBI is a plus
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus

  • Knowledge of data privacy and security principles is a plus
