Job description

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager seeking a part time opportunity? Would a home based role work well for you? THE ROLE My client is on the hunt for a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of contracts and agreements with global clients and suppliers. This critical role will ensure that contracts with clients, suppliers and collaborators are executed efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with laws and regulations for the relevant jurisdictions. This is a part time position , around 15-20 hours per week which can be worked flexibly, it is also a home based opportunity with travel to my client’s offices in central London once a month or once a quarter.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field (or equiv.)
  • Proven experience in the commercial contract space
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, negotiation, and contract management best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Proficiency in client relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
