Job description

Our Fortune 500 retail client is looking for an IT Analyst to join their Merchandising Operations team for a contract-to-hire opportunity! The IT Analyst will be responsible for application support, incident & problem management, defining requirements, and deployment & development testing for Informatica Supplier 360. This is a hybrid opportunity that will work 6 days per month in Bolingbrook, IL.

Responsibilities:

Perform agreed applications maintenance tasks in Informatica Supplier 360 to ensure the smooth functioning of item master data, vendor master data, site master data, pricing, and procurement systems.
Elicit, specify, and document business functional, data, and non-functional requirements from cross-functional teams
Identify requirements and specifications, design test cases, and execute test plans to ensure the successful development and deployment of system changes.

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional IT experience
Experience in the configuration, monitoring, deployment, and implementation of Informatica Supplier 360 or Informatica Customer 360
SQL scripting experience
Java programming experience
Experience gathering requirements and working with cross-functional teams
