About the Role: Director of Digital Product

As the first Director of Digital Product at Ridge.com, you will be the driving force behind our digital product strategy and execution. This role combines elements of product management, digital marketing, and e-commerce expertise, particularly focusing on Shopify. You will work closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, manage the workflow of research, design, development, and testing, and enhance the overall digital experience for our customers as we expand product offerings and scale internationally.

Job Responsibilities 1. Digital Product Leadership: 2. Serve as the lead product manager, overseeing the entire lifecycle of our digital products. 3. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital product strategy aligned with the company's goals. 4. Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for product development. 5. Leverage e-commerce experience to drive the roadmap, feature realization, and operations support. 6. Product Development Process: 7. Manage the product development process by working cross-departmentally with designers and developers to handle concept, design, development, and launch. 8. Design and execute A/B tests to optimize offers and improve the user experience. 9. Cross-functional Collaboration: 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital product strategies with overall business objectives. 11. Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure product and e-commerce performance and inform future strategies. 12. Partner closely with operations teams to plan the support for new features from scope definition. 13. Shopify Platform Management: 14. Stay abreast of digital product trends and e-commerce best practices to keep Ridge.com at the forefront of the industry. 15. Conduct A/B testing on the website, leveraging customer data and research to formulate hypotheses and conduct strategic testing.

Key Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role, driving roadmap, feature realization, and operations support. - Experience working closely with designers and developers within the Shopify platform. - Proficiency in data capture and digital reporting tools like Adobe Analytics. - Experience querying large data sets through front-end tools or programming languages. - Deep empathy for the guest experience and a strong identification with our core audience. - Demonstrated experience building strong partnerships across teams. - Ability to organize large goals into an iterative, actionable, and achievable plan. - Capable of balancing quality and speed of delivery in a fast-paced environment.
