Highly skilled and experienced Backend Developers to join our Software Development department in developing a cutting-edge health claim management solution for the UAE and KSA markets. This project will involve close collaboration with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. Each developer will have a unique skill set to contribute to the development process, with two developers having complementary skills to ensure redundancy and smooth project delivery. Cross-functional skills are essential for all developers, as well as possessing additional technical skills that contribute to a multifunctional resource.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend services using Java Spring for our Health Claim Management Solution.
2. Design, implement, and maintain databases using SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) technologies.
3. Build data processing and ETL pipelines using Apache Kafka or Apache NiFi.
4. Utilize cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure) for data storage, processing, and deployment.
5. Develop and manage APIs using RESTful APIs and API management tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
6. Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
7. Apply CI/CD best practices using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
8. Collaborate using Git for version control and efficient teamwork.
9. Integrate HL7 standards and protocols within the health claim management solution.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong portfolio of previous projects.
3. Proficient in Java Spring for backend development.
4. Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
5. Knowledge of data processing and ETL tools such as Apache Kafka or Apache NiFi.
6. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
7. Experience with API development, management, and documentation.
8. Familiarity with CI/CD best practices and tools.
9. Experience integrating HL7 standards and protocols in healthcare-related projects.
10. Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
Preferences and Priorities:
Prefer 3+ years of experience with data modeling and metadata management for Developer 1 and Developer 2.
Prioritize candidates with strong background in cloud services and container orchestration for Developer 3 and Developer 4.
Prioritize candidates with experience in HL7 integration for all developers.
