Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the global roll-out of Business Central in multi-site locations, with a primary focus on the US region. Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting existing implementations and ensuring smooth data migration
Understanding and resolving issues raised by end users
Coordinating with the project team for relevant issues as needed
Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures within your scope
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years of experience with NAV/Business Central
Hands-on experience in resolving end user issues
Expertise in Financial Management, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules of Business Central
Extensive knowledge of integrating Dynamics Business Central with other systems
Required Skills:
Experience with implementing IT systems, business processes, reporting, and/or IT development preferred
Microsoft Certified MS Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
Experience within the medical device industry and/or with Retail is a plus
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to transform ideas into practical solutions
