- Supporting global Business Central roll-out in multi-site locations with a US focus
- Supporting existing implementations and ensuring smooth data migration
- Understanding and resolving issues raised by end users
- Coordinating with the project team for relevant issues as needed; ensuring adherence to policies and procedures within scope
