This is a rare opportunity to immediately become a National Recruitment Director with one of the largest Recruitment consultancies in the world.
Over the past couple of years, the company have been collecting data to see where to invest their funds and which new divisions to grow based on existing client demand and growth sectors and it has become apparent that specialist niche Technology recruitment is leading the way, therefore they are establishing specialist nationwide niches in a variety of burgeoning Tech market sectors.
5 years ago, their UK Technology division was just 2% of the total revenue for the group, it is now over 30% and the most profitable area with a projected UK revenue of £70m profit. One of the major niches identified is Microsoft Recruitment which equates to a large percentage of client spend in the UK.
The Microsoft division will be developed nationally and subsequently internationally. The investment in these new divisions is significant, £200m has been pledged to make the new niche divisions a global success and the No1 in the world.
On top of this, the company have invested millions of pounds on new products to assist consultants including a bespoke database, salesforce and a one-touch system with approachability algorithms.
There will be 3 business areas in each specialist niche:
1. Recruitment
2. Recruit, Train and Deploy
3. Consultancy
With over 1,500 clients on their PSL, this role will include liaising with national local offices and advising that all National Microsoft Dynamics roles will come through your division. You will put together a strategy for the division with a view to increase headcount to 12 in Yr 1. This is a strategic, hands-off position: identifying the growth markets within Microsoft, creating specialist teams - essentially building the structure for the UK MS Recruitment market.
We believe this role would be best suited to a Technology Recruitment Manager/ Director with extensive experience within Microsoft Recruitment who would like to move into a more strategic, thought-leadership position.
