Job description

The Inside Sales Agent proactively seeks and contacts prospects through calls, emails, and other appropriate communication channels. This role requires someone highly goal driven and with excellent command of the English language.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Use sales skills to gain appointments, sales, or information from assigned or acquired leads.
  2. Telephone Prospecting/Lead Generation for new clients daily from various sources.
  3. Schedule appointments for Listing & Buyer Specialists.
  4. Input/Manage client & lead databases.
  5. Conduct lead follow-up & nurture leads until appointments are set.
  6. Set daily and weekly goals.
  7. Track and measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
  8. Practice, memorize, internalize and role-play scripts 10 minutes each day.
  9. Willing to be accountable for goals and results.
  10. Manage and answer all leads who are calling and registering on the website, making sure that all communications are being logged completely in CRM.
  11. Contact all leads through phone/text/email within 5 minutes of site registration during the VAs shift.
  12. Monitor leads daily (that have recently visited the website) and follow up with them, especially those leads that are yet to be contacted on the phone/text/email.
  13. Manage contact database system, cultivating and managing new leads each week & work on existing leads to convert into Listing & Buying opportunities.
  14. Use platforms provided by the client for lead generation.
  15. Hand off HOT leads that need additional conversation to a Team member/Agent whenever possible.
  16. Submit daily reports on calls, conversations, and set appointments.

Requirements:

  1. Possesses a clear and understandable voice and neutral accent.
  2. At least two (2) years of consultative sales experience to top management or decision makers within an organization
  3. At least three (3) years of proven sales track record
  4. Communicates effectively with superiors and customers, in written and verbal form.
  5. Practices, memorizes, and internalizes telephone scripts.
  6. Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.
  7. Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport and confident phone presence.
  8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  9. Results & detail oriented, high achiever, organized, and systematic.
  10. Basic to advanced command of computers, various software programs and navigating the Internet.
  11. Willingness to work in the overnight/graveyard shifts.
