In this position you will provide support to the bureaus Administrative Officer. You will be responsible for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Programs administrative duties. The areas of responsibility include records management and procurement of supplies, services and equipment needed. Attend planning meetings, provide support and contribute expertise to the functionality of the bureau. You will independently perform a wide variety of administrative assignments and prepare reports of findings and recommendations for the Administrative Officer 2 and Senior Management.
