Technical Partner / Technical Product Owner
Your role:
Join HR plus to bring this vision to reality. Working closely with our founding team, you will carry your technical knowledge to iterate on the product vision, prioritize product outcomes and craft the product from cradle to completion.
As our technical partner, you will be the technical owner and decide the technology direction, adoption, and implementation. You will also define software best practice to ensure our software scalability without comprising the need of security and reliability.
As our technical advisor, you will provide technical insights to co-founders and translate business ideas into simplified, actionable, detailed executable solutions in alignment with the value to the end users and HR plus.
In this stage, you will work alongside with our third party IT partners as part of an agile team to solve development backlogs and deliver minimum viable product. Once the product is operational in scale, you will be accountable to build your technical team in-house and carry on the future journey of our product innovation and development.
