Responsibilities:
Develop a business plan and budget according to the company target
Formulating and closely monitoring performance including sales and budget and provide the annual, half yearly, monthly reports of the sales and present to management team
Conduct research and data analysis to identify new markets, new sales channels and customer needs
Creating sales and marketing strategies that meet the needs and interests of prospective global customers or partners
Work together with marketing team and distributors to plan and execute new projects with regards to business expansion
Assisting exporters in preparing shipments for international deliveries
Develop sales forecast for production team
Develop a strong, ongoing understanding of market trends, industry developments and competitor activities
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher in business administration or related fields
Having 3+ year experiences in international market (Especially in Singapore, Japan, Korea and Hongkong)
Must have experiences in Luxury Retail fashion / Beauty / supplement or related luxury business
Be able to do data analysis with strong excel skills.
Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Thai skills, both verbal and written
Required to go abroad as assigned
