Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform land or property appraisals
• Research properties in order to establish their market values
• Determine property ratings by researching and combining insights from a variety of internal and external sources
• Interview clients to understand their needs
• Research all the variables that have an impact on the property's value
• Track, analyze, and document procedures
• Adhere to all relevant legal rules and regulations
• Keep abreast with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Real Estate Appraiser or a similar role
• With experience in residential and commercial appraisal
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Familiar with cloud-based tools
• Knowledge of current industry rules and regulations
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal and a Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Fluent in English
