Key Responsibilities:
Compare data against source documents, re-enter data in check format to detect errors.
Respond to calls and emails from clients and notaries; resolve issues as they arise Enter our clients' orders into our quotation system.
Support administrative tasks.
Locate and correct data entry errors.
On-the-job training will be provided.
Other duties as may be assigned.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent telephone skills.
High school diploma required.
Work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Possess excellent word processing and typing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
