Join our team in Greece as a Customer Service Representative, where you will be assisting customers by phone and/or chat with various account management, billing, content, and navigation inquiries.

Your role will be vital in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our services.

Benefits/Conditions:

Office location: Greece
Italian Native or C2 + English B2
Salary: 1045 gross per month x 14 months
Bonus up to 200
Schedule: 40h per week - 8h per day
Holiday: 22 paid days a year
Contract length: 6-12 months, can be extended
Relocation package to Greece - includes paid flight, accommodation, and assistance.
Health insurance
Valid EU Passport.

We also have remote projects all over Greece, including the islands.

Job Description:

Assist customers with account management, billing issues, content, and basic site and app navigation.
Provide customers with account and application support, troubleshooting system configurations, and network settings.
Offer accurate and real-time responses to customer requests, including queries about orders and refunds.
