The Oracle Cloud - Procurement role is crucial to our organization as it oversees the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules. This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless integration of procurement processes and effective utilization of Oracle Cloud technology to streamline the procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules
Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures within the Oracle Cloud system
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the system to meet business needs
Execute testing and validation of Oracle Cloud Procurement functionalities
Provide end-user training and support for Oracle Cloud Procurement
Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive best practices in procurement processes
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting
Conduct regular system audits and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud Procurement updates and provide recommendations for enhancements
Address and resolve system issues and provide troubleshooting support
Assist in creating and maintaining system documentation and standard operating procedures
Manage relationships with Oracle and other related vendors
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and industry standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Procurement modules
Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud technology and procurement processes
Strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices
Experience in SQL and data analysis for reporting purposes
Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle Cloud Procurement modules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and end-user training
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system troubleshooting and process improvements
Certifications in Oracle Cloud Procurement or related areas is a plus
Understanding of procurement regulations and compliance standards
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and system integrity
Ability to adapt to changes and learn new technologies as required
