Job description

Green Clover is looking for Sr Executive / Assistant Manager HR
Location: Remote
Only looking at Mumbai based candidates.
Exp 1 to 3 years into sourcing - Mandatory
Days: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
      Sat 9am to 1pm
Roles & responsibilities:
1.Understanding the client requirement and get a clear view on their hiring needs
2.Research the client company, understanding the competitive market
3.Develop and implement strategies to find the right candidate to fit the requirement
4.Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
5.Source and speak to candidates to get in-depth view of their current role
6.Conduct 1st round of thorough screening and shortlisting before sharing the best lot of profiles to clients
Qualification preferred:
1.Graduate mandatory
2.Excellent in English
3.Go getter and proactive
4.Focused on closing mandates
Candidates who have Laptop and Phone will be preferred
