Job description

Job Location: 100% remote in Romania

Recruitment process:

  • introductory discussion
  • technical interview

Role description:

  • Ensure that commercial processes within IT will work efficiently and reliable, ensure that IT services can run efficiently and without interruptions
  • Assist IT management in focussing on improving IT services
  • Administration of IT purchase requests (collecting information/quotes, creating BANFs, checking deliveries, updating documentation)
  • Administration of maintenance contracts and follow-ups
  • Support for Tesma with renewal information to users, control of return of equipment
  • Claims with suppliers for defective equipment (e.g. warranties)
  • Data collection / Reporting (e.g. old operating systems to be replaced, missing encryption, old equipment)
  • Helpdesk (assistance with control of service levels / overdue tickets)
  • Budget preparations (collecting basic information for budget planning process, e.g. budget quotes, and quantities)
  • Assistance with PA1 processes
  • Support with the administration of software licenses

Profile : 

  • Familiar with PC software, MS Office, SAP
  • Well organized, working independently
  • Knowledge about commercial processes
  • Knowledge about legal contract basics
  • Technical understanding/affinity
  • German and English language are a must
  • Driving license
