The Role of Business Development Manager.

  • This is a hybrid home / field based sales role where you will have complete autonomy.
  • You will spend 2/3 days per week WFH building a pipeline, arranging appointments and meeting clients virtually.
  • This is a business development role - you will be required to prospect regional and independent house builders / developers.
  • Selling highly effective digital marketing solutions and services; you will expertly execute a sales process understanding your customers needs and initiating appropriate solutions.
  • This is national role and you will have free rein to target any new Developer nationally.

The candidate for the Business Development Manager

  • Minimum of 3 years B2B new business sales experience with a proven track record of success and longevity in previous roles.
  • A methodical approach to prospecting and sales (ability to implement structured sales process).
  • Ability to negotiate and sell on value over price.
  • You must be able articulate and quantify previous sales figures and achievements.

  • Up to £50,000
  • Uncapped OTE paid monthly £15-£25 in year 1
